What we are — and what we are not
Your Personal PhD provides educational wellness coaching and health-optimization strategy led by Dr. Lizzy Rasmussen, PhD — a translational health scientist, not a physician.
Information on this site and in any client engagement is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Always consult a licensed medical professional for medical concerns, diagnosis, or treatment, and for any medication, supplement, or lifestyle change with potential health implications. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
No client relationship from this site
Submitting the inquiry form, joining the newsletter, or reading content on this site does not create a client relationship. A client relationship exists only after a written services agreement is signed.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including submitting false information, attempting to disrupt operation, scraping content at scale, or using the site to violate any law.
Intellectual property
All site content, including text, design, branding, and protocols, is owned by Your Personal PhD, LLC and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Personal PhD, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any reliance on its content.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
